Overview
This policy is provided by ELHM Solutions LLC, doing business as MoneyCodez. It separates cancellation before production from remedies after completed delivery and payment. The Infinity Capital Positioning Blueprint follows an application, acceptance, agreement, 3-business-day review period (or any later period required by applicable law), activation, delivery, and then payment process. Membership cancellation and recurring billing are addressed separately below.
3-Business-Day Review & Cancellation Period (Before Production)
After you sign your engagement agreement, you have 3 business days — and never less than any later deadline required by applicable law — to cancel for any reason. During this period nothing is produced and you are charged $0. There is nothing to refund because no payment has been taken.
Post-Delivery Refund and Correction Policy
After a completed deliverable is delivered and payment is collected, refund and correction requests are reviewed under the engagement agreement and this policy. If a deliverable is incomplete or materially omits a promised component, contact support within 30 days of completed delivery with the engagement details. MoneyCodez will correct or complete the promised component without an additional charge. If the promised component cannot be provided, MoneyCodez will refund the amount paid for the affected deliverable. A refund is not based on whether a third party approves an application or on any funding amount, score change, deletion, or other outcome.
48-Hour Delivery Commitment
MoneyCodez commits to delivering your Infinity Capital Positioning Blueprint within 48 hours after we confirm that your file is complete: your cancellation period has ended, and your intake, three credit reports and three bureau-specific FICO scores have been reviewed and verified. If we miss that deadline, you still receive your Blueprint and the fee is waived, so you owe $0 for it. A waived fee is not a payment, and nothing is charged. This commitment does not promise any funding approval, funding amount, score change, deletion or other outcome.
Membership and Subscription Products
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund amounts already billed for the current period unless required by law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation, correction, or refund where eligible, contact us through the support options on moneycodez.com with your engagement or membership order details and describe the requested remedy. We will review eligible requests promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
