This Privacy Policy explains how ELHM Solutions LLC, doing business as MoneyCodez (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you visit moneycodez.com (the “Site”), submit an application, or enter an accepted Infinity Capital Positioning Blueprint engagement. By using the Site or providing your information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
If any provision here conflicts with applicable law in your jurisdiction, the applicable law controls.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact and account information — such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and account login details.
- Sensitive financial and credit information — if an application is accepted and the engagement is activated, we may then request credit reports, credit scores, three-bureau credit data, financial account details you choose to share, and other personally identifiable information (“PII”) needed for the engagement. Credit reports are not collected at application.
- Transaction information — records of applications, engagement status, delivery events, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
- Technical and usage information — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: review applications; prepare and deliver an accepted Infinity Capital Positioning Blueprint engagement after activation; provide customer support and respond to requests; process payment after completed delivery; manage your account; communicate about engagement status, updates, and educational content; maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sensitive Credit Data
Credit reports and related financial data are requested only after application acceptance and engagement activation, and are used solely to prepare the private educational analysis and provide the services requested under the engagement. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, secure hosting) or as required by law. The Infinity Blueprint is an educational product; it is not credit counseling, credit repair, or legal or financial advice.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
We store your information using reputable hosting and service providers and apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Raw bureau report PDFs uploaded by a client are deleted within 30 days of completed delivery and are not retained beyond that period. Parsed or derived data used to build the Blueprint is retained for 12 months after completed delivery and then deleted. The delivered Blueprint itself remains available in the client portal for as long as the client’s account is active. Administrative, transaction, tax, or accounting records that do not contain the raw bureau report PDFs may be retained as required by applicable obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with: service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our products (such as hosting, email, and payment processing), under obligations of confidentiality; and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate essential features, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information, including sensitive credit data, subject to legal retention requirements; withdraw consent; and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of credit reports, financial data, and other personal information you have provided. You may request earlier deletion of raw bureau report PDFs at any time by emailing info@moneycodez.com. Upon verifying your identity, requested raw bureau report PDFs will be deleted from active systems before the standard 30-day deadline. Deletion of raw reports does not affect access to the delivered Blueprint in the client portal. Parsed or derived data and other records follow the retention schedule above and any applicable legal requirements.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
