Overview
The Infinity Blueprint and related products are personalized digital educational products. Because each Blueprint is custom-produced from your individual credit and financial information, and because digital products are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
Digital, Personalized Products
Once we have begun preparing your personalized Blueprint or you have received access to the digital deliverable, the sale is generally considered final and non-refundable. This is because the product is custom work created specifically for you and cannot be returned or resold.
Satisfaction Window
If you have purchased but we have not yet begun preparing your personalized report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Once production has started or the deliverable has been provided, refunds are no longer available except as required by law.
Build Guarantee
Where a specific delivery or “build” guarantee is offered with your purchase (for example, delivery within a stated number of days), that guarantee relates to the delivery of the educational deliverable itself. It is not a guarantee of any funding approval, funding amount, credit score change, or item deletion. The Infinity Blueprint is an educational product and is not credit counseling, credit repair, or legal or financial advice.
Membership and Subscription Products
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund amounts already billed for the current period unless required by law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund where eligible, contact us through the support options on moneycodez.com with your order details. We will review eligible requests promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
