The short version
Cancel within 3 business days of signing, for any reason, and you owe $0: nothing has been charged. If we miss our 48-hour delivery, you still get your Blueprint and owe $0. After delivery, if something we promised is missing, tell me within 30 days and I’ll complete it free, or refund that part if I can’t. Refunds don’t depend on whether a lender says yes. Overview
This policy is provided by ELHM Solutions LLC, doing business as MoneyCodez. It separates cancellation before production from remedies after completed delivery and payment. The Infinity Blueprint follows an application, acceptance, agreement, your 3 business days to cancel (or any later period required by applicable law), activation, delivery, and then payment process. Membership cancellation and recurring billing are addressed separately below.
Your 3 Business Days to Cancel (Before Production)
After you sign your engagement agreement, you have 3 business days (and never less than any later deadline required by applicable law) to cancel for any reason. During this period nothing is produced and you are charged $0. There is nothing to refund because no payment has been taken. Business days are Monday to Friday; the day you sign and federal holidays don’t count. Your 3 business days end at 11:59 PM Eastern on the third business day after you sign; your exact date and time are printed on your signed agreement and in your workspace. To cancel, email info@moneycodez.com or use the cancel page in your workspace; you don’t need to give a reason. (Your agreement calls this the Review and Cancellation Period.)
Post-Delivery Refund and Correction Policy
After a completed deliverable is delivered and payment is collected, refund and correction requests are reviewed under the engagement agreement and this policy. If a deliverable is incomplete or materially omits a promised component, contact support within 30 days of completed delivery with the engagement details. MoneyCodez will correct or complete the promised component without an additional charge. If the promised component cannot be provided, MoneyCodez will refund the amount paid for the affected deliverable. A refund is not based on whether a third party approves an application or on any funding amount, score change, deletion, or other outcome.
48-Hour Delivery Commitment
MoneyCodez commits to delivering your Infinity Blueprint within 48 hours after we confirm that your file is complete: your 3 business days to cancel have ended, and your intake, three credit reports and three bureau-specific FICO scores have been reviewed and verified. If we miss that deadline, you still receive your Blueprint and the fee is waived, so you owe $0 for it. A waived fee is not a payment, and nothing is charged. This commitment does not promise any funding approval, funding amount, score change, deletion or other outcome.
Membership and Subscription Products
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund amounts already billed for the current period unless required by law.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@moneycodez.com with your name, your engagement or order, and what you want cancelled, corrected or refunded. You’ll have an answer from Joel within 2 business days. An approved refund goes back to the card or account you paid with; most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
