Welcome to MoneyCodez. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MoneyCodez website (moneycodez.com), our content, our community, and digital products, memberships, or services you access or receive from us, including the Infinity Blueprint (“the Blueprint”). MoneyCodez is operated by ELHM Solutions LLC, doing business as MoneyCodez (“MoneyCodez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site, creating an account, submitting an application, entering an engagement agreement, or using our content or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. Who We Are and What We Provide

MoneyCodez provides educational content and private analysis focused on capital positioning for business, commercial, and non-owner-occupied investment objectives. The Infinity Capital Positioning Blueprint is a personalized educational analysis. It reviews information an applicant provides against institutional underwriting requirements and organizes strategy and a sequence of actions for the client to consider and carry out.

We want to be clear about what this is and what it is not:

We provide education and strategy. We do not provide credit repair services, and we do not perform any actions on your behalf.
We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, or any other party for you. We do not dispute, challenge, negotiate, remove, or alter any item on your credit report as a paid third party acting on your behalf.
Any application sequencing, entity-setup guidance, or other materials delivered through an engagement are educational information for you to review, decide on, and use at your own discretion.
We do not make any promise, prediction, or guarantee regarding any specific credit score change, any specific item deletion, any lender or creditor decision, any approval, or any funding amount. Our materials are designed to help position you to pursue your own goals. Outcomes depend on your own actions, your individual circumstances, and decisions made by third parties outside our control.

You are solely responsible for your own financial and credit decisions. Nothing on this site, in the Blueprint, or in any other MoneyCodez product is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

2. Educational Content Disclaimer

All videos, articles, guides, and other content published under the MoneyCodez brand, including material on our website, YouTube channel, email communications, community, and social media, is provided for educational and informational purposes. This content reflects general strategy and education and is not tailored to your individual situation unless it is delivered under an accepted engagement and built from information you submit. We make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and current, but credit and lending rules, products, and third-party policies change frequently, and we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at the time you view it. Your use of any content is at your own discretion and risk.

3. The Infinity Blueprint: What Is Delivered and When

The Blueprint engagement follows this sequence: application, human review, acceptance, engagement agreement, a seven-day review and cancellation period, activation, required reports and client inputs, production readiness, completed delivery, and then payment. No payment, authorization hold, or credit reports are collected at application. If accepted, required reports are requested after activation.

An engagement becomes ACTIVE only after the client signs the engagement agreement and the seven-day review and cancellation period ends. ACTIVE means the secure upload area is unlocked. It does not start the 48-hour delivery clock.

An engagement becomes PRODUCTION READY only after the review period has ended and all required client inputs have been received. The completed Blueprint is delivered within 48 hours after that production-ready event. Delivery timing is measured from production readiness, not activation. No lender decision, approval, funding amount, score change, deletion, or other credit outcome is promised. If we fail to meet the promised delivery timeline or complete the promised deliverables, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy, even outside our standard Satisfaction Window.

4. Digital Product License and Acceptable Use

Upon completed delivery, ELHM Solutions LLC grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Blueprint and related materials for the client’s own internal business, commercial, or non-owner-occupied investment planning. All content, materials, methodology, formatting, and intellectual property associated with MoneyCodez and its products remain the sole property of ELHM Solutions LLC.

You agree that you will not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, license, sublicense, or otherwise share your Blueprint or any MoneyCodez materials with any third party.
Use our materials to build, market, or operate a competing product or service.
Reverse engineer, or attempt to extract or replicate, our methodology, systems, or proprietary strategy.
Use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of it.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, our systems, our delivery portal, or any account or data that is not yours.

Your Blueprint is prepared specifically for you based on the information you submit and is not intended for use by any other person.

5. Payment and Refunds

The engagement price and payment trigger are disclosed before the client signs the engagement agreement. No payment is collected at application, and no authorization hold is placed during the review period. Payment is collected only after every promised deliverable for the selected tier is completed and delivered.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is the authoritative statement of your refund rights, including our Satisfaction Window and the Delivery and Build Guarantee described above. Please review the Refund Policy before signing an engagement agreement.

6. Memberships and Recurring Billing

MoneyCodez offers membership access to our community and related materials, including a free membership tier and paid supporter tiers billed on a recurring basis. Membership is separate from the Infinity Blueprint engagement, which follows its own application, agreement, review, activation, delivery, and payment process.

Auto-renewal. Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current rate, until you cancel. By starting a paid membership you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at info@moneycodez.com. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund amounts already billed for the current period unless required by law. Refund rights are governed by our Refund Policy.

Access after cancellation. When you cancel, your paid access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. Free-tier access is not affected.

Price and benefit changes. We may change membership pricing or the benefits included in a tier. If we change the price of an active recurring membership, we will give advance notice before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before renewing at the new rate.

What membership is not. Membership provides access to educational content and a community space. It is not personalized credit, legal, or financial advice, it is not credit repair, and it does not include any service performed on your behalf. Personalized work is available only through a separate accepted engagement.

7. Community, Member Content, and Account Termination

Our community is a space for members to learn and support one another. Access to it depends on treating the space and its members well.

Your content. You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant MoneyCodez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the community. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

Community rules. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, or infringing. You also agree not to: post another person’s private or personal information, including account numbers or credit report data belonging to someone else; spam, advertise, or solicit other members for your own products or services without our permission; impersonate any person or organization; or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the community or to other members’ data.

Member-to-member information is not our advice. Content posted by members reflects the views of the individual who posted it. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for member-posted information, strategies, or recommendations, and nothing posted by another member is advice from MoneyCodez. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Moderation. We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove any content, at our discretion and without notice.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate your account or your access to any part of the site, community, or products if you violate these Terms, misuse the site or our materials, or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other members, to us, or to the operation of the service. Where we terminate a paid membership for a Terms violation, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Because our products are educational, your results depend on your own actions and on factors outside our control, including your individual credit and financial profile and decisions made by lenders, creditors, and credit bureaus. We do not guarantee any particular credit score, approval, funding amount, item removal, or other outcome. Any examples, illustrations, or general references to potential outcomes describe possibilities, not promises, and should not be understood as a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoneyCodez and ELHM Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funding, opportunity, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, our content, our community, or any product you purchase from us, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any product is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Our products and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyCodez and ELHM Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@moneycodez.com and give us thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved this way.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site, community, or products after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable right provided by applicable law.
